Backups of frequently accessed documents would be stored locally and would be easily accesible when a restore is necessary. We recommend keeping at least 3 versions of all documents, although we can keep as many as you would like. With 3 versions you would have the current working version of any particular document and the 2 previous versions of that document. Backups of other data, such as databases and email stores would also be stored locally. In case of catastrophic local destruction of data, a backup of all documents, databases, email stores and any other critical data would be stored offsite. With JCS your offsite data will not be stored in a server farm somewhere in India or China. Your critical data will be stored on our secure server in the Baltimore, MD location of JCS. Web based restore is included as a standard feature of the JCS online backup service. You will have access to your offsite data from anywhere through your web browser. In the online backup process your critical data is highly encrypted end to end. What JCS does. JCS will set up and configure a complete solution for your data backup needs. You will not need to touch anything regarding the backup of your critical data. We will even handle data restores if you so desire. JCS will monitor and maintain both your onsite and offsite backups. Complete Backup Service $150.00 one time set up fee which includes installing the necessary software at your site. $3.00 (monthly fee) per GB of data in a complete backup.
